    programa Dealer 4.0

    • Verificar benchmarkings, insights e desenvolver novas sugestões de projetos.

    • Coordenar reuniões e discussões com todas as áreas envolvidas: time de campo, área de Vendas, CCA, OPEx, Universidade Chevrolet, Marketing, CX, Finanças, Jurídico, Compliance, Tributário, GMF e nosso Diretores Executivos.

    • Análise do mercado e de macrotendências (como EVs, IA, Internet das Coisas, Omnicanalidade) e avaliando novo perfil do consumidor

    • Assegurar integração dos projetos de Front-End com o programa Dealer 4.0

    • Gerenciar o orçamento, projeto de compras e apresentações para áreas internas e externas, como a Rede de Concessionárias.

    Additional Description

    Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)

    • Graduação completa preferencialmente em administração, marketing, economia ou engenharia

    • Proficiência em inglês (C1 ou superior)

    • Mandatória experiência na área comercial, seja na área de Vendas, Pós-vendas, planejamento etc.

    • Experiência com Gestão de Projetos

    • Atitude positiva e proativa

    • Habilidades analíticas para interpretar dados e gerar insights acionáveis.

    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação.

    • Orientação para resultados

    • Visão estratégica

    • Inovação

    • Foco no Cliente

    • Gerenciamento do Tempo
