The Coordinator GSC communicates to all levels of the organization within the function, as well as other functions and suppliers. You will also be responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Create production schedules based on customer needs.
Support Functional Leader in the organization and running of the business (staff meetings, special assignments, etc.).
Support the portfolio/business planning process.
Monitoring assignments along with priority goals and requirements in the preparation of difficult projects.
Maintain the project business cases (deliverables, benefits, timing).
Support the Functional competitive assessment process.
Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group.
Handle a variety of special assignments.
Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
1+ years of relevant work experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program/Product Management, Logistics or Product Development.
Experience supporting business operations, portfolio planning, and project management within a supply chain or logistics environment.
Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and maintain operating metrics and business cases.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external suppliers.
Advanced presentation, organization, and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
Responsible for performing inventory counts to support scheduling requirements.
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working within a global supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing organization.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Cost analysis experience.
Automotive industry experience.
Experience preparing executive-level materials, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
Familiarity with continuous improvement, competitive benchmarking, or operational excellence methodologies.
Knowledge of Capacity and Materials Management.
Capable of drawing conclusions from complex data, market trends and the regulatory environment.
Knowledge of contract law as it applies to the purchasing processes.
Experience with strategy development and budget management.
Compensation:
The expected base compensation for this role is: $80,200.00 - $125,900.00 USD Annual. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
