    • Minimum of 2 years in automotive field sales or aftersales roles.

    • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks flexibly and efficiently.

    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Passionate about the automotive industry.

    • Skilled in synthesizing diverse information into actionable insights.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Native proficiency in Swedish and Norwegian; fluent in English.

    • Valid driving license.

    • Customer-centric mindset with an aptitude for gathering insights to refine product features and processes.

    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working in ambiguity.
