Responsibilities:
Utilize pertinent financial data from multiple sources and perspectives to recommend decisions
Benchmark financial assumptions across portfolio and against competition
Develop and utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate business opportunities using sensitivity and scenarios to quantify risks and opportunities
Identify new value-added analysis to improve decision making
Build relationships and collaborate with other functions and business units for optimal enterprise decisions, anticipate downstream impacts of new strategies
Relate assignments to business objectives and results, integrate with business purpose
Proactively work to resolve issues and move project tasks forward
Develop and present insights and well thought out recommendations to senior leaders

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors with a major in finance, accounting, economics, business or related
2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
High level of analytical ability, problem solving capability, and attention to detail
Ability to draw conclusions from incomplete or ambiguous data
Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints (Fast/Responsive)
Ability to clearly communicate (verbally and in writing) the financial implications of different incentive programs, including communication to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Strength in interpersonal skills to work effectively on cross-functional teams
Highly proficient personal computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI
