    Position summary

    orating and interacting with other GM People Services teams, customers and internal and external partners. The main focus is on talent management processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Will be the SME (subject matter expert) for Contingent Worker Management for GMSA - support process management and key stakeholders, lead improvement actions, partner with Global Contingent Worker Team, GMSA Purchasing team, GBS Fields, HR

    -Will be the expert in Learning Mgmt System for GMSA - LMS, support GBS fields in LMS usage/reports/partner with Global Team

    • Will coordinate the GMSA Salaried training strategy :

    • You will collaborate with business partners and internal partners to design, develop, and/or deploy training strategy and/or detailed training plans.

    • You will review applicable data and information to find opportunities, lessons learned to support the development of effective training resources.

    • You will coordinate the deployment of training strategy.

    • You will develop and deploy train-the-trainer sessions where needed.

    • You will source training solutions from external vendors ensuring quality and value for money.

    • You will measure effectiveness of training activities and take the necessary countermeasure actions. PBI training dashboard update

    • You will craft, develop, facilitate Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan (annual workhop with HR)

    • You will track performance to plan, provide reports / data to leadership or partners on status and effectiveness of activities.

    • Will be responsible for Training Vendor Management for GMSA (strategy coordination and follow up, performance process, payment process, contract needs requests, etc.)

    • Will be the focal point to lead Global Training actions in GMSA (strategy implementation, logistics, follow up, develop and deploy train-the-trainer sessions where needed). Partnership with Global Talent COE & Mexico GBS Team

    • Will lead the GMSA GBS Innovation Spaces called "Labs" from an umbrella perspective, kpis follow up, data management, PBI update

    • Will lead the Labs for Contingent Workers, Learning for Salaried

    • Will lead process improvements workshops focused on the topics mentioned above

    Additional Description

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences or Mathematics or related.

    • Experience in similar positions at least for 2 years (specifically in training).

    • Native in Portuguese and/or Spanish, but knowledge in both languages.

    • Intermediate English level (required - will have Global contact).

    • Project Management vision, end-to-end vision with a great focus on Agile methodologies.

    • Focus on quality.

    • Data Analytics knowledge.

    • Availability to work hybridly in our offices located in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brasil. (3 times per week on site

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge in PowerBI (desired).
