Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
5+ years of nursing experience required
Valid state nursing license
Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Prior leadership experience in a medical environment
Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment
