Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Execution and Reporting:
Ensure that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsibility and due dates
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for HR initiatives covering a variety of initiatives with broad impact to the overall operations of the HR function and sensitive projects aligned critical business priorities
Gain an understanding of program workstreams/projects to be able to assist in identification of issues and risks
Lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time and within budget
Align cross-functional teams to help ensure alignment of goals and to help resolve conflicting priorities
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
Provide guidance and support during execution of change management activities
Continuously monitor and report on project status
Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related risks and issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that arise during the implementation
Produce and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders
Prepare presentations for various levels of leadership
Project Methodology:
Deliver projects in line with our project methodology
Provide recommendations to optimize the existing methodology
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR leadership and other key stakeholders to define the project objectives and deliverables
Facilitates amicable solutions with the appropriate customer(s) and project sponsor/owner, as well as with other internal and/or external stakeholders
Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels
Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate project success
Facilitates amicable solutions with key stakeholders across the organization
Provide guidance and support during execution of change management activities
Process Improvement:
Support the implementation of standardized project management methodology (process, tools, etc.) across the HR function
Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function
Vendor Management:
Work in partnership with vendors as required to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience delivering complex projects within enterprise-level organizations, such as but not limited to: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, DE&I, HCM, Labor, Learning, Mobility, Offboarding, Onboarding, Recruitment & Succession Planning, Reduction in Workforce / Restructures
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Change management expertise
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, HRMP, PROSCI)

Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $176,100. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
