    Position summary

    essing tools to assure data quality and track usefulness of data in generation of final calibration or reports;

    • Interact with facilities, technical leads, calibration teams, hardware release engineers, and others to improve process and test efficiency;

    • Support math-based activities, migrating additional work from Road and Lab to Math based models and data analysis;

    • Provide support to other engineers for root-cause analysis;

    • Design Tests to efficiently identify opportunities for calibration improvements

    • Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices;

    • Identify and document system vulnerabilities and create mitigation action plans; track corrective actions.

    Your Skills and Abilities /Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar);

    • Advanced/Fluent English, with a high level of oral and written communication;

    • High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others and the ability to establish relationships with local and international colleagues;

    • Demonstrate a constant pursuit of innovation and continuous improvement;

    • Strong experience with data acquisition and the ability to collect and analyze empirical data with expertise to optimize test results or models;

    • Time management skills to meet agreed-upon client deliverables, capable of leading multiple tasks;

    • Experience in scripting using languages such as Visual Basic, C, C++, or Python;

    • Hands-on experience debugging or troubleshooting software and/or hardware components;

    • Valid driver's license;

    • Travel requirements of approximately 30 days per year are expected;

    • Previous experience in vehicle calibration or propulsion is preferred; Experience with commonly used calibration tools is desirable: INCA, Vehicle Spy, CRETA, MDA, and/or MatLab/SimuLink;

    • Familiarity with government regulations and test cycles (e.g., FTP, US06, WLTP, RDE).
