    Position summary

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders from various departments to develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.

    • Manage and track key deliverables and milestones within specified timelines, ensuring effective project management and oversight.

    • Actively participate and contribute to multiple subcommittees for negotiations preparation, supporting alignment with broader bargaining strategy.

    • Understand the business needs to ensure integration points across different areas are considered.

    • Familiarize yourself with workstreams/projects that impact the Labor Relations organization and/or represented employees, assisting in the identification of issues and risks.

    • Develop strategic materials for leadership.

    • Stay informed about external developments in the Labor Relations space, anticipating potential impacts on the business.

    Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience of 7-10 years of Labor Relations experience.

    • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and navigating uncertain situations.

    • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

    • Communicates clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

    • Proactively looks ahead to anticipate and plan for challenges, taking a proactive approach while also being able to react appropriately when necessary.

    • Possesses strong data analytics skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.

    What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

    • Experience in manufacturing operations, HR, and/or labor relations.

    • Knowledge of Workday and HR/labor relations processes.

    • Ability to develop proposals and timelines, collaborate across cross-functional areas, track milestones, surface issues appropriately, and deliver projects on time.

    • Curiosity to dig deeper and identify root causes.

    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop recommendations.

    • Agile learner with a creative problem-solving mindset.

    • Ability to influence without authority.

    • Demonstrates collaboration and teamwork skills.
