    Position summary

    ion of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM, its ACDelco Direct Accounts, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores. They often act as consultants to the ACDelco Direct Accounts and IAMs, and work reciprocally with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and grow business relationship with ACDelco Direct Accounts

    • Attain district's sales objective.

    • ACDelco distribution footprint.

    • Demonstrate extreme ownership of the ACDelco customer experience.

    • Provide support for primary and secondary customer training activities.

    • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to support profitable growth in IAM.

    This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.

    Additional Description

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience working in Independent Aftermarket, wholesale operations or related

    • Exemplary consultative sales skills

    • Effective oral and written communication skills.

    • Proven ability to set priorities and work autonomously.

    • Successfully builds and maintains strong internal/external relationships.

    • Delivers results & drives change management.

    • Effectively demonstrates persuasive communication skills.

    • Effective with timely problem solving and conflict resolution.

    • Creative solutioning & analytical thinking

    • Must be willing to travel 70% to designated territory locations

    Preferred:

    • Bachelors Degree
