Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Strong interest in Continuous Development and Training
Knowledge of basic math and computer skills
High level oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability where problems are complex
Adept interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, motivate employees and elicit work output
Ability to work any shift as dictated by the business.
Must be willing to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience supervising employees in a union and/or in a warehousing/ manufacturing/ distribution environment
Knowledge of warehousing/manufacturing /distribution processes and procedure
GMS knowledge and execution experience
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
