    Position summary

    nt, integration and go to market readiness of all elements of the ACDelco/GM Genuine Parts marketing plan.

    What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

    • Lead marketing plan execution through development of advertising campaign content and deliverables, with a focus on growing consideration and conversion.

    • Lead GM parts brands' social media strategy

    • Act as lead client with agency partners, ensuring clear direction and objectives are provided - write briefs, review and approve creative

    • Actively pursue synergy opportunities with adjacent business channels

    • Proactively lead collaboration with US Wholesale and Aftermarket Channel and Field teams to unlock further opportunities to grow demand.

    • Lead integration with all functional partners (PR, Media, Digital, CRM, Social, Promotions, Measurement, Product Information, Communications, and Shows/Events), to ensure all elements of the marketing plan are flawlessly executed aligned to business and marketing strategy and flawlessly executed

    • Manage budgets on a timely and accurate basis

    Yours Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

    • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business or related field

    • 5-10 years relevant Marketing experience

    • Has an inquisitive, can-do attitude and wants to win!

    • Relentless Commit to Customers focus

    • Creative idea generator with an Innovate Now and Embrace Change mindset

    • Able to develop a Own the Outcome strategic plan and lead organization through launch execution flawlessly

    • Collaborative, Lead as One Team relationship builder- position works extensively with all business functions

    • Works well under pressure, ambiguity, and with tight deadlines

    • Foster a metrics- based approach to glean insights and drive the business forward

    • Can prioritize with strategy in mind, well organized and detail oriented

    • Confident communicator/presenter

    • Ability to travel up to 10%
