Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Experience in privacy, compliance, or regulatory program management, preferably in a legal environment.
Solid understanding of U.S. privacy laws, including FTC enforcement practices and state-level legislation.
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working under or implementing consent orders.
Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPM, or PMP.
Familiarity with connected devices and software or hardware development.
Experience in automotive, mobility, or regulated industries.
