    Position summary

    aborate with each business to ensure OTD performance

    • Support damage claim team to review/confirm/execute repairs that are transportation related.

    • Manage the people and resources from supplier side, including milestone report, operation prioritization, dispatch coordination, repair coordination

    • Manage supplier relationships and operational, responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers

    • Promote GM's values and makes customer-focused decisions

    • Influences others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, lead team on new methods or initiatives without defined procedures.

    • Set a governance mechanism to solve issues regarding OTD timing & quality, be part of the decision maker, escalate issue as needed.

    • Guide and instruct supplier system connection/report to GM, including HD map flash report, PDI report and repair report

    • Communicates within the function as well as other functions, external affiliates, regulatory agencies.

    • Provides technical leadership to team and interacts and collaborates with multi-functional teams to meet targets.

    Additional Description

    • Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

    • 8+ years' vehicle warehouse operation experience or supplier chain management experience

    • Strong cross function collaboration experience, work with both local and global program team to oversee vehicle OTD performance, identify and address roadblocks to ensure the OTD performance on track and keep continuous improvement.

    • Profound knowledge of Import Type Approval process, in-bound/out-bound logistic, vehicle maintenance & repair and vehicle distribution

    • Fluent in English and Mandarin oral and written

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects / programs

    • Excellent project management and negotiation skills, details-oriented and well organized

    • Passion for understanding the customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience

    • Affinity to facilitate problem solving & collaboration

    • Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside of the organization

    • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams

    • Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution
