Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Ph.D degree in Science or Engineering
Demonstrated background in battery research and development
Experience with battery component material development, such as active material or electrolyte
In-depth knowledge of state-of-art technologies in energy storage area
Capable of generating innovative ideas, proposing, planning, and executing research project on core area of energy storage
Ability to design and proceed the experiment for material development and study
Capable of work both independently and collaborate with cross-function teams
Effective communication skills with other researchers or engineers
Ability to work multi-task with cross-functional teams
Ability to lead technical discussion within the team
Ability to analyze and interpret experimental data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hand-on experience with chemical or material characterization
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
5 years of experience in battery development area in material or cell level
5 year of hands on experience with larger battery cell format (pouch, cylindrical)
Hands-on experience and background on battery component materials
Experience with cell fabrication and testing processing and equipment (e.g. Pilot level)
