    Position summary

    port to the respective RTP Transformation Team Lead. The Request-to-Pay process goes from material/services request order to purchase order creation to invoicing processes to payments. Our internal customers are spread across GM's Corporate Staff's, Manufacturing sites and Regional organizations. Externally our customers are primarily GM Suppliers. Most of our services are provided to Purchasing, Indirect Materials Management and Accounts Payable functions. We are striving to enable our customers to run their business operations successfully using optimized and high performing business processes and systems (primarily SAP ECC, S4, Central Procurement, SRM, SAP-Sourcing, Ariba Guided Buying, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, Signavio).

    Position Overview

    The RTP Transformation Team represents GM's business interests while working collaboratively with IT & business counterparts, thereby ensuring that the SAP solution meets operational business requirements and needs, whilst minimizing system customization.

    On the GBS Transformation side we are following a tailored Project Management Methodology (BOP "Bill of Process") which takes our projects from Discovery thru Execution to Implementation. The Execution Phase follows Agile or Hybrid Agile/Waterfall application development processes.

    We are looking for a versatile and agile individual who is a quick learner and will actively support our Sustain and Application Development activities.

    We are looking for a team member with a solid SAP background (ideally in the Procure to Pay and/or Materials Management space), experience in Business Process Mapping and Project Management.

    It is critical for the new RTP-Business Analyst to have excellent communication, language (English - written and oral) and interpersonal skills (specifically cognitive and compassionate empathy). Native Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus. The new RTP-Business Analyst must be outspoken to boldly express their opinions and ideas.

    Our work requires a high level of agility, attention to detail, passion for working with complex spreadsheets and large amounts of data, team orientation, willingness and ability to learn new things, initiative and customer centricity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Creation of deliverables in support of the BOP process as well as the IT development process (e.g. Features,User Stories etc.)

    • Business process mapping (creation of business process flow diagrams) in Signavio and Visio

    • Participation in User Acceptance Testing

    • Creation of Training Materials

    • Assisting internal RTP PMO (Project Management) activities

    • Maintenance and enhancements of RTP MS-Sharepoint sites

    • In this role you will:

    • Support our lead subject matter experts during the application development process by participating in requirements gathering workshops and help Business Process Flows in Signavio

    • Support our PMO deliverables

    • Help create end user training material

    • Support Data Governance activities

    • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new or modified system functionality

    • Effectively communicate system issues, progress reports, proposals, recommendations and enhancements to leadership, team members and business partners timely & clearly.

    • Collaborate globally, cross-functionally, and with various levels within the organization.

    • Act as an ambassador of the GBS Transformation & Customer Centricity culture - provide outstanding customer service & constantly strive to improve our NPS (Net Promotor Score)

    Additional Description

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree (computer science/business administration with SAP ERP emphasis) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 2+ years with SAP deployment or SAP end user support

    • Project Management experience

    • Experience (beyond end user level) in SAP SRM (Shopping Carts/Contracts) Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Sourcing (Projects & Online RFQs) or Ariba Sourcing

    • SAP Inventory and Indirect Materials Management (MRP), or SAP Purchasing (Direct/Indirect)

    • • Experience in planning and executing Business Process Blueprinting sessions

    • Experience in Business Process Flow diagramming

    • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles

    • Project Management experience

    • Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, and MS Visio

    • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Must be willing to travel 10% Domestic + International
