Senior Warranty Analyst

Internal warranty claim issues and suggest ways to better the system.

• Participate in the development and execution of requirements and test cases dealing with projects associated with Global Warranty Management

• Project Manage large scale initiatives that may cross many functions, departments and our entire dealer partner network.

• Bring a fresh approach and creative ideas for the future strategy of Warranty Cost reduction and ease of claim payment for Dealers.

• Lead for Overseas Distribution Warranty Administration

• Lead for Electronic Key Code Application Maintenance

• ILM Coordinator

• Maintain Master Data

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Team Player, with excellent organization and communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 3 years relevant work experience

• Project Management experience

• Engineering or Automotive based degree or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally

• Ability to function with limited direction, or in autonomous situations

What Can Give You A Competitive Edge ( Preferred Qualifications)

• Continuous improvement/OpEx background

• PMP certified

• Strong knowledge of GM Labor Information Database and Global Warranty Management

• Working knowledge of GM warranty claim submission process

• Dealer and field experience
