Partner effectively with product, development, UX/UI, content, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated throughout the digital product lifecycle.
Proactively identify areas of support and provide expertise of designated SEO tasks and projects.
Communicate complex SEO concepts and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-SEO stakeholders.
Contribute to the overall SEO roadmap and strategic initiatives.
Work collaboratively with the GM Agency of record with above key responsibilities and helping to prioritize key initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO and performance analysis.
bachelor degree
Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth through technical SEO implementations and data-driven strategies.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficient with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl).
Solid understanding of web technologies and programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as they relate to SEO. Ability to understand and interpret code for SEO purposes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and present findings effectively.
Experience with website migrations, redesigns, and new site launches from an SEO perspective.
Foundational understanding of content SEO principles, including keyword integration, content structure, and user intent.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a large, complex enterprise environment.
Experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS) and their SEO implications.
Knowledge of server-side SEO elements and configurations.
Strong testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
