As a vital part of the Fulfillment Center team, you will be expected to support vehicle tracking, monitor customer order integrity, and process vehicle delivery requests, among other key responsibilities. In this role, you will report indirectly to the Manager of Fulfillment Center Distribution Strategy & Communications.
Role Responsibilities
Manage validation of dealer- and customer- facing systems, identify root causes, alert teams of required fixes, and track to resolution; identify trends in data to drive systematic resolution
Standardize, Improve and automate processes in line with Fulfillment Center operations
Analyze operational data and create reports and dashboards using automation and analytics tools to communicate trends, patterns, and predictive analytics
Oversee logistics operations of FC vehicles (e.g. recall resolution, damage in transit)
Communicate with the internal and external support teams to support the logistics network (e.g. logistics planners, yard managers, haul-away carriers); support weekly meetings
Communicate regularly with leadership on issues or operations metrics that require attention, monitor customer order integrity submissions and identify issues resolution or escalation
Monitor and process requests for customer sold orders and dealer stock replenishment
Evaluate and expedite vehicle tracking through the pipeline, from production through to customer delivery
Create and maintain operations process, desk procedures and other documentation
Utilize your process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills to innovate, deliver solutions, and contribute to global initiatives that impact the results of the company.
IMPORTANT: Must be willing to work on the NIGHT SHIFT, 8pm to 5am PH time
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
3+ years of operations, logistics, order fulfillment, or sales & service experience (multi-discipline, field, corporate)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results
Ability to work independently and with urgency to complete tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient knowledge in and experience with leading the design and deployment of SharePoint and Excel solutions
Storytelling skills to report data and operational findings to recommend/drive business decisions and prioritize information system needs, design and fix code errors
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong cross-department collaboration and the ability to work with all levels within the organization
Strong client / customer service and communication skills; ability to listen and action as a voice of the customer
Experience with Power Automate, Power Query, and PowerBI
Trouble-shooting and result-oriented mindset
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative, inclusive manner
Complex problem solving and analytical abilities
Working with data and ability to summarize/compile data to
Knowledge on productivity and automation tools such as Knime and SharePoint is preferred
Support after hours and weekends as needed
This could be 8pm-5am if needed
