Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $64,000 to $74,000.

Position Details:
The Merchandising & Supplier Management (MSM) Rotation Program is designed to provide recent college graduates a broad cross-functional learning experience. The program consists of an orientation and three subsequent rotational experiences where individuals will gain working exposure across Assortment Design & Execution, Supplier Relationship Management, Reporting & Analytics and Continuous Improvement. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of the business and develop relationships with senior leaders at every juncture. Each rotation will provide an intentional set of learning experiences. Upon completion of the program, you should have a firm foundation of our merchandising principles, assortment strategy, methods to cultivate supplier relationships, product information governance and how they all tie together to deliver world class customer experiences. This is a full-time role with the program duration lasting approximately 36 months. Upon successful program completion, participants will have the opportunity to continue their career at Grainger in a full-time role. where they will be able to apply their learnings for success within MSM.

You Have:
Currently enrolled in a college or university working towards a bachelor's degree or have successfully completed an undergraduate degree
Expected graduation December 2025 - June 2026
Demonstrated curiosity and research skills

Initial Program Locations and Relocation Requirement: The program locations will be Lake Forest, IL and Chicago IL.
