ntify and engage qualified candidates for hard-to-fill, niche roles, while also supporting high-volume requisitions through resume review and candidate screening. This role helps deliver a consistent, inclusive candidate experience and supports hiring progress through strong communication, organization, and recruiting operations.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role supports U.S.-based hiring teams and is based in Panama; the role may be remote.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to support recruiting delivery across hard-to-fill niche roles and high-volume requisitions.
Perform talent sourcing/talent hunting for hard-to-fill positions, including targeted outreach and talent pool building.
Perform candidate searches using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other talent sourcing tools; identify and test new tools/resources to expand talent reach beyond standard platforms.
Conduct candidate phone/Teams screenings for the requisitions you support and provide structured feedback to Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers.
Support high-volume roles through resume review and pipeline management; maintain accurate requisition/candidate status and documentation in the ATS/CRM.
Build talent market insight reports (e.g., supply/demand, target companies, skill availability) to inform sourcing strategy with Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers.
Provide timely communication, updates, and coordination support to Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to keep searches moving.
Contribute to inclusive hiring practices and a respectful candidate experience.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting/TA (staffing agency or corporate environment).
Advanced English level (written and verbal).
1+ years of experience in talent sourcing/talent hunting using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
Tech and AI savvy; uses multiple resources to identify and engage the right talent and continuously explores new tools.
Comfort working with performance metrics (e.g., activity, funnel, and time-to-fill measures) to meet expected goals.
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a high-volume environment with strong organization and follow-through.
Experience screening candidates and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Working knowledge of recruiting fundamentals (job analysis, qualification alignment, candidate communication, and relationship management).
Comfort with ATS/CRM systems and common desktop applications; able to quickly learn new recruiting tools and technologies.
Preferred: Experience supporting hard-to-fill searches and/or high-volume recruiting environments.
