Compensation**
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $120,400.00 to $200,700.00.

Position Detail
This role drives enterprise communications operations, optimizing systems, tools, and workflows. The role ensures operational excellence across technology platforms, content workflows, distribution channels, monitoring and analytics, supporting both communications and enterprise objectives. This role will lead the enterprise newsroom, delivering timely, high-impact editorial content.
You Will
Oversee the full communications technology, enabling content strategy, publishing, distribution, and governance.
Lead rapid-cycle content creation, review, and deployment to ensure speed, quality, and alignment with business priorities.
Develop and execute messaging strategies for communications initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Standardize and enforce workflows for content planning, editing, brand voice, and global adaptation.
Manage and optimize internal communications platforms, tools, and technologies, ensuring data integrity and integration.
Champion automation and digital workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Monitor industry trends and drive innovation in communications technology and practices.
Define and track performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, channel effectiveness) to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
Lead execution of strategic communications programs and manage project plans, resources, and accountability.
Own the content calendar, asset library, and coordination of multimedia production and stakeholder engagement.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, technology, analytics, and business leaders to align tools, data, and execution.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, oversee vendor relationships and budgets, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You Have
7+ years in communications, marketing/content operations
3+ years in people leadership
Expertise in communications technology
Proven efficiency, change management, and continuous improvement skills
Strong copy editing, brand governance, and content quality assurance
Analytical skills for data interpretation and insight communication
Leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management experience
Project management in matrixed environments
Deep knowledge of communications technologies and analytics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience with budgets, resources, and vendor management
Familiarity with digital channels, campaign execution, and measurement
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred
