Trouble shoots equipment and resolves set up issues to reduce downtime.
Tracks all downtime and collaborates with maintenance crew to reduce downtime.
Follows schedule and ensures orders are shipped ON TIME IN FULL.
Constantly watches to make sure equipment is operating properly and notifies Team Leader or Mechanic if necessary.
Weigh and measures ingredients into pouches. Check weighs according to standard procedures.
Repetitive lifting and stacking boxes up to 25 Kgs.
Loads pallets with finished product and moves skid to staging area.
Checks power lift truck and ensures that it is in safe operating condition.
Identifies problems and corrects if possible or escalates to the area team leader.
Enters production information into DAX in a timely manner.
Issue Pkg material accurately and timely.
Verifies own work as follows:
Participates in Lean manufacturing projects, Kaizen events, other duties or tasks that may be assigned as required.
Ensures the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment.
Ensures compliance with all product safety, legality and quality requirements.
Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures.

What Will You Bring:
