Complete all training defined and made available for the current assigned role. Responsible for attending all training made available, assuring full understanding of the training and can perform trained activities.
Assures all products manufactured and distributed meet Food Safety, Quality, Legal and Authentic requirements for both source and destination locations.
Responsible for the coordination and review of specific functional area BRC criteria.
Ensure BRC protocols are implemented and audited as required. Provide employee training as needed. Ensure Food products meet safety, quality and legal requirements.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
HS Diploma/GED Preferred
Communication Skills
It is essential to have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
Mathematical Skills
Must have basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Other Qualifications
Must be able to complete forklift certification program
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to walk, climb or balance and stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Environmental Concerns
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The floors are wet. Use of sharp knives is required to open bags, cartons, and drums. The employee is regularly exposed to very cold, wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Dust and odor present in environment. Employees will operate a lift truck at various heights**.**
