Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.
Create and maintain extensions, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
Experience with Agile delivery methods and DevOps is preferred.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as X++, C#
Familiarity with database design and SQL.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
Creation of APIs, DataEntities and Web Services
Strong knowledge on Data Management module (DMF Data migration)
System Integration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and services - including Power BI, Microsoft CRM, and other custom applications.
Utilize tools such as Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate for seamless data flow.
Creation of new D365 environments
Integrate and merge code between D365 environments
Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support for existing Dynamics 365 applications, addressing issues and optimizing performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for identified problems.
Documentation & Training:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
Train end-users and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of direct experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development.
Proven record of successful ERP implementations and customizations.
Proficiency in X++, data entities, and reporting tools (e.g., SSRS).
Experience with Azure DevOps and version control systems.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment and build relationships with business users, team members and service providers.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Manufacturing industry experience an asset.
Travel will be very limited.
