    Position summary

    • Review and evaluate the MRP reports daily.

    • Create, maintain, and organize production Schedules.

    • Identify problems and provide support to solve them.

    • Communicate and adapt the schedules due to the changes of delivery dates.

    • Monitor and analyze the stock of Finished Product to minimize the Finished Stock exposure for LOI.

    • Administrative support in the generation of reports and documentation.

    • Support in the implementation of process improvements

    • Participate in daily operational meetings.

    • Take actions and decisions to comply with the OTIF.

    • Monitor, update and analyze the KPIs of the area. Act as a backup of other supply chain areas, providing administration support on the day-to-day tasks of the function

    • Provides administrative support to team members, or specific processes of other areas of Supply Chain

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience in planning, procurement or logistics role (minimum 1 years' experience)
    • Knowledge of the production process and ERP systems.
    • Knowledge in Dynamics and/or BlueYonder would be valuable.
    • Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish.
    • Mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Must be able to organize your own work efficiently taken into account. input/output from/to other functional areas.
    • Stay calm and professional under pressure.
