Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets to expand the company's customer base.
Own and deliver on sales revenue goals - Manage and grow existing customers base
Acquire new customers through active prospection.
Implement the sales action plan, review and analyze variances periodically and initiating corrective actions to ensure achievement of targets.
Develop and leverage long term partnership relations (internal and external).
Coordinate the execution of marketing plan in their area for promotion events, Customer Innovation Days, promotional offers, etc. with Brand Marketing team
Reporting and MIS (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers product and service needs, competitive activities).
Yearly and Quarterly Sales Forecasting of all the products - Present Sales Study, Competitors Sale, Key Customers Study, Consumer Base Study, Forming a strategy for growth and investment.

Leads in achievement of Sales Revenue, Contribution Margin, Operating Income
Development of annual PAGs and achievement of reviews in the timeline required by the organization.
Development of customer account plans to achieve required financials goals. Development and execution of plans to meet customer business needs due to internal challenges or changing market conditions.
Management of customer needs and communications internally and externally impacting the customers.
Requirement
B2B Sales experience in Food, FMCG, HoReCa or Food Ingredients
Master of Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
2 yrs. Min. of experience in sales management
Demonstrated knowledge of Value based selling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
