Scheduler - Wincanton

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your colleagues across production and operations to maintain the schedule

• Monitor available production and asset capacity and raise concerns in a timely manner in support of our OTIF targets

• Take an active role in the solution design and implementation on scheduling, capacity and availability issues

• Initiate corrective actions following problem identification, non-conformance, rejection and near-misses

• Maintain communication with stakeholders across the supply chain to provide updates proactively and on request

Skills and experience:

• Experienced in solution design with an ability to take an open-minded approach with input from multiple sources

• Able to work independently and within teams

• An analytical eye for situations of varying complexity and structure

• Able to review data sets and situational information to make informed decisions

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of managing stakeholders both internally and externally

• Strong IT literacy skills are essential

• Desirable to have actively used D365/Microsoft Dynamics previously

• Holding 3-5 years' experience in a scheduling or similar role is desirable
