lopment team to drive growth by developing profitable, high-quality, nutritious, and sustainable products and solutions tailored to selected customers.

These solutions must be both internally and externally processable while adhering to the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Responsabilites:

• Develop winning products for the meat and poultry industry and support the scaling up of it to our targeted customers.

• Act as the technical contact for our customers in Benelux.

• Support presentations, organize and execute workshops and train the customer by showing our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing. Conduct raw material evaluations and support optimization of the raw material database.

Requirements:

• Master / Bachelor's in Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent by proven experience in food industry.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Meat or Protein processing.

• Language skills: fluent in English. Spanish or Dutch will be valuable.

• Project Management skills

• Experience in development and application of seasonings is a plus.

• Passionate about food and customer focus.

• Strong team player and able to work independently on product development projects.

• Creative, hands-on, accurate and well-organized.

• Flexible in willing to travel within Europe to support our customers
