Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and Faire.com accounts, ensuring smooth communication and support.
Create and maintain detailed product pages, including high-quality images, product descriptions, collection pages, and bundling options.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote new products and attract new accounts to Faire.com.
Pass new account leads to the appropriate sales representatives for follow-up and service.
Ensure new account information is processed accurately and follow up on any missing details.
Coordinate with the order entry and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure consistent updates on account orders and status.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, keeping track of new account openings and sales growth.
Manage relationships with specialty wholesale accounts, assisting with seasonal presentations, order management, and customer inquiries.
Travel Requirements: This role may involve travel to regional gift shows across the U.S. during the winter and summer months, representing Hachette Book Group.
The position is based out of our NYC office on a hybrid schedule. Please note our current hybrid model is 3 days in-office, 2 days working from home. Please apply with a cover letter and resume.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience, preferably in Special Markets or a related field.
Experience working with the Faire platform.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.
Ability to work well under pressure and think creatively to solve problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookup), Outlook, and PowerPoint.
The compensation range for this position is $62,000 - $72,000. Salary can vary based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and location - talk with your recruiter to learn more. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.
