  • Attend and participate in regular staff and production meetings.

  • Work independently, keeping Director of Production informed of any production needs or recording delays.

  • Maintain accurate title management information in the departmental databases.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position requires someone who is:

  • Experienced with spoken-word audio quality control, sound engineering, audiobook post-production; including fluency w/ DAW software (Pro Tools or similar)

  • Highly organized, highly detail oriented, creative, flexible, and able to prioritize.

  • Capable of working in a deadline-driven and team-oriented environment.

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, including comfort speaking publicly.

  • Can collaborate well with a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Not intimidated by technological advances and new systems. Can utilize technology where appropriate to improve workflow.

  • Looking for continuous improvement and innovative solutions.

  • Able to maintain grace under pressure in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

The compensation for this position is $53,200-$55,000. Salary can vary based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and location - talk with your recruiter to learn more. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.
