Manage and re-order supplies when needed.
Assist with management of staff in department, including training and performance management.
Acts as liaison with internal departments.
Coordinate inventory audits when necessary.
Conduct regular communication meetings with employees.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong technological ability; familiarity with warehouse management systems and PCs.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings regardless of audience
Must be result-driven, and take appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
Proven ability to deliver timely, accurate work product and demonstrate good follow up and follow through

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Equivalent to at least a 2-4 year college degree or previous experience in an inventory control environment; preferably in a supervisory capacity.
