Work with the team to deliver seasonal webinars to sales reps to enhance title knowledge
Provide reps with sales reports and analysis to improve and build sales
Work as a liaison with customer service and credit to field rep and customer questions regarding orders or to open new accounts
Share feedback on retail trends and the needs of accounts in the marketplace
Maintain and process commissions monthly
Prepare and perform mailings to accounts and reps on a regular basis
Maintain the Hachette product file and communicate it to external reps monthly
Support the maintenance of showrooms and title lists seasonally
Travel to various gift shows to work with reps to enhance their knowledge and with customers to increase brand awareness and sales
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Experience with Canva and/or other design software
Highly organized self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
Desire to be in a fast-moving sales environment
Willing to travel
1-3 years' experience working in the Gift or Specialty market preferably within publishing

The compensation range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Salary can vary based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and location - talk with your recruiter to learn more. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.
