Responsibilities
Assist in managing and updating content on Bookends (company intranet site)
Support Communications Assistant with incoming requests for book donations to non-profit organizations and educational programs
Prepare content to HBG's consumer website (press releases, news archives, etc.)
Work with Chief Communications Officer, Senior Director of Communications and Communications Associate to collect and catalog relevant news about HBG for sharing internally
Help develop publicity initiatives, including researching and building contact databases, and email outreach to event sponsors
Design graphics in Canva for website, social media, and marketing purposes
Draft content for weekly internal newsletters, quarterly reports, and other internal communications projects
