- Collaborate with design, brand, and marketing teams to ensure consistent tone, voice, and UX across content.
- Help map and improve content across key moments in the HSA customer lifecycle.
- Stay up to date on healthcare benefit trends and translate complex terms into consumer-friendly language.
- Maintain and update content in CMS and support ongoing SEO optimization.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience writing for digital channels - ideally with a focus on B2C, health, finance, or eCommerce.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail and brand tone.
- Curiosity about the consumer mindset and ability to create content that informs, motivates, and builds trust.
- Interest in healthcare, financial wellness, or benefits education is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing, or SEO is a bonus.

Additional Information:
At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren't limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.
- Compensation: $50,000 - 70,000
