Specific responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Manage multi million dollar budgets with an eye on maximizing marginal return using revenue and cost curves.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Then report those learnings to the broader team.
- Keep an eye on competitors in the FSA & HSA space and understand how their activity could be impacting Health-E's performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with industry and search engine guidelines. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices to apply them effectively.
- Research and inform our transition to an AI-driven search ecosystem
- Provide insight into organic search opportunities and liaison with both an outside agency and internal stakeholders to drive SEO strategy and opportunities.
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google AdWords. Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Gemini) is a plus.
- A fundamental understanding of performance marketing and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in analyzing and deriving meaningful insights from large data sets.
- Able to showcase strong expertise in data analysis with tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, and landing page optimization best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle complex campaigns simultaneously across multiple ad channels.
- Nice to have: Experience working with 3rd party tools and analytics such as Mixed Media Modeling Partners.
Compensation:
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 15%
