fy, document and track application defects within the release process
- Reproduce and analyze customer service and support tickets
- Work collaboratively with developers in an agile release environment
- Daily collaboration with offshore and on-site team on day-to-day QA operational support
- Partner with merchandising, web operations, site content, and development teams to facilitate ad-hoc QA and support on specialty projects
What you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands on QA experience
- Experience in an ecommerce environment a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in: Computer Science or a related field
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or equivalent Ecommerce platform is a plus
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS) is preferred
- Experience with writing Frontend and Backend test cases for both manual and automated tests
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Follow-through with assignments, tasks and commitments
- Strong analytical, communication skills, and Interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various internal teams and external partners
- Organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and a self-motivated professional focused on solutions
- Technologically savvy with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- API testing using Postman tool or similar
- Knowledge of automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, or Webdriver.Io)
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript

Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren't limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.
- Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
