    About the Role:

    We are seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of IT Infrastructure to lead the design, development, and execution of our organization's IT Infrastructure strategy. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of IT operations, including network, data centers, cloud services, and enterprise systems. Ensuring a scalable, secure, and highly available technology environment that supports the company's business objectives.

    Specific responsibilities:

    • Works closely with business partners on providing a POV on technical and process recommendations and solutions.
    • Prepares estimates for complex projects to provide management with information needed to accurately forecast project delivery dates.
    • Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements.
    • Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface, issues/concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily
    • Develop well structured, easily maintained code. Prepare documentation of developed programs and processes.
    • Ensure developers follow established technical standards and work with team to ensure optimal technical design.
    • Assist in the mentoring, training and development of developers technical skills.
    • Expertly performs design and development of third party (backend) integrations like Address/Shipping/Tax validation, Payment, CRM, OMS, PIM.
    • Participates in cross-functional efforts to build out web application platforms
    • Works with technical teams to devise or modify procedures/processes to solve complex problems.
    • Utilizes functional knowledge of the B2C and B2B processes.

    What you'll need:

    • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in an IT Leadership position, preferably in an e-commerce industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related functional business area or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Azure.
    • Experienced in B2B, B2C, multi-site and multi-country, end-to-end implementations of SFCC eCommerce applications.
    • Possess good understanding of object oriented programming, relational databases.
    • Strong ability to balance conflicting priorities and take initiative.
    • Flexible, team oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate.

    Additional Details:

    At Health-E Commerce, our goal is to provide an offer that supports growth potential within the role and allows for future salary progression. Final compensation is evaluated on various factors which include but aren't limited to experience, skills, internal equity among peers, and geographic location.

    • Compensation: $180,000 - 210,000
    • Discretionary Annual Bonus Eligibility: Up to 25%
