Additional responsibilities include supporting the drive for incremental sales and market share within HSO customer accounts by providing ongoing education for each member of the dental practice, selling and training efforts with affiliated practices, driving product adoption via workflow efficiencies in key product lines. They will support, communicate, and implement sales and training strategies designed to accomplish specific product volume growth internally and externally. This role will work closely with: Sales, Customer Care, Professional Education, Marketing, and Clinical teams to deliver relevant and essential clinical resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand orthodontic market trends, practice and patient needs and requirements.
Live, Virtual, and On-Demand presentation to both individual or group audiences. Supporting regional events by request/as needed.
Clinically assess dental organizations relating to current state and changes essential to product line adoption, for improved outcomes for providers and their patients.
Includes active engagement daily with key accounts to gain Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to determine how HSO can best support offices/doctors/groups.
Includes participation at territory industry events and HSO CE events to better understand market trends
Includes customizing and tailoring training on product competitive advantages, software training on relevant platforms/portals, case selection and management, for our customers as well as supporting internal educational initiatives. This will require the TSM to use decision making skills to determine individual learning needs and meet the customer/office on their learning level for optimal results.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Must develop proficient knowledge of Clinical Dental and Orthodontic terms and anatomy, Product Line, and Digital Interfaces
Exposure to dental digital technology preferred
Orthodontic experience preferred
Technically adept

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 30-40%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
