5% Respond to sales force identified errors or poor quality descriptions and images and correct or upgrade for both existing and new items. Maintains Medical Web Image Library. (Tasks)
10% Manages and maintains Item Master Catalogs with rules-based purges. Manages various customer level catalog set-ups and on-going maintenance to facilitate customer and sales force access to correct visibility on the web. (Catalog Management)
5% Assists with the creations and maintenance of library of product description templates.
5% Works with Manager, Core Data Management to enhance core product content management tools and processes (descriptions and images) (Tool / Process Development)
5% Responsible for the QA and editing of JDE 50 and WCS descriptions initiated by others for newly created items based upon product classification for establishing a uniform product description for each item within a product category. (Internal Systems)
5% Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required (Projects)
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and Microsoft Office.
Strong Excel skills a must.
Communication and prioritization skills required.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
