    Position summary

    Monitor key metrics, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and sales performance.

    • Use insights t o inform decisions and recommend actionable changes.

    • Provide regular reports on website performance and conversion trends.

    • Content and Search Optimisation:

    • Work with the digital SEO executiv e and product team to optimise search functionality and performance.

    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure the website aligns with sales objectives .

    • E-Commerce Strategy Development:

    • Align website goals with broader sales and marketing strategies.

    • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    About You:

    • Proven experience in e-commerce with a focus on conversion optimisation and driving sales growth.

    • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and personalisation technologies.

    • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.

    • Excellent understanding of customer behaviour in an online sales environment.

    • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering sales.

    • Familiarity with the dental sector or consumables market (preferred but not optional).
