Equipment Coordinator

s customer service to customers and sales representatives for all equipment inquiries. In addition, this role processes equipment orders to ensure timely installations. The EC performs equipment purchasing and inventory control duties accurately and thoroughly.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

You have 3-5 years of related inventory and administration experience, including the processing of work orders. You have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills, and possess the ability to quickly learn in house software applications and successfully process transactions. You have strong follow-up, communication and interpersonal skills, and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional standard of service. Thriving in a team environment, you enjoy helping in other areas as needed. Beginner to Intermediate Microsoft Office (including Excel) skills are a requirement.

*This position is based in the Concord branch. This role is available for an ON-SITE working arrangement, available to be performed in office.
