oviding technical support on incoming issues related to decontamination equipment, identify if issues can be resolved remotely or if an on-site engineer is required, identify parts if appropriate.
Completing accurately and timely all Service appointments with work carried completed and any additional actions needed.
Working through the process of solving problems and supporting additional training where appropriate
Troubleshooting network and connection issues
Performs routine inspection of equipment remotely, Updates computer software and operating systems.
Identify error codes work to resolve or escalates if on site engineer is required.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Ability to display tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
Job Skills & Experience Required:
To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:
Minimum 3+ years electrical experience
Minimum 3+ years repairing and installing decontamination equipment.
Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
