MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
1 year professional work experience in mechanical, production or skilled trades industries and/or proficiency in relevant repair experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional training or experience in mechanical device repairs.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel - typically not required.
Position typically works in a manufacturing environment on site where environmental conditions are stable. May be exposed to higher levels of noise typical in a manufacturing environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit or stand for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, and operate manual and non-manual machinery; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, stretch and lift up to 20 pounds.
Position requires that the employee use eye protection using certain equipment/machinery.
