of approvals and PO's to centers and Equipment Coordinators (EC).
Daily communication with Credit Team regarding order processing and necessary documentation. Major emphasis on account receivable and follow up for final payment of equipment invoices.
Use all reports available to manage territory
Assist FSSR with Marketing information: Development, processing and distribution.
Updating the ELRC with current lead and status information for HSFS and the HSD teams to access.
Keep Manager informed of any conflicts or problems.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Experience:
Two or Three years of general office or administrative experience is required.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Good communication and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills and good phone manners are required.
Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Team player is a must.
Mathematical aptitude and computer applications skills.
Detail oriented.
Fast-paced environment.
Great organizational skills.
Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, as well as Internet basics.
Math ability is essential.
Basic knowledge of financing/leasing is helpful.

The posted range for this position is $36,360-$63,630 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
