drive process improvements and ensure accurate accounting
Preparation and account for intercompany account billings as well as analyses of the accounts to verify proper posting activity.
Responsible for documenting accounting control procedures and creating procedural manuals of various responsibilities.
Works with Internal Audit and External Auditors to achieve efficient and effective quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Performing Sarbanes Oxley testing.
May work on special projects as requested.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and objectives.
Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives and decisions.
Assist with the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
Identify and analyze financial risks and opportunities.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Experience in Distribution or Manufacturing Healthcare industry
Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite with a concentration in Excel
General proficiency of tools and systems (HFM, Concur, JD Edwards, Hubble, Macola, Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics, QAD)
Experience gathering and interpreting data
Knowledge of GAAP
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
CPA Preferred

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $73,432 to $114,737 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
