KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in response to customer requests.
Ensure integrity of key reports and metrics through the creation and monitoring of validation data flow processes.
Design workflows to process, clean, and transform data to create actionable insights, focusing on efficiency and automation.
Participate in the preparation of inventory reconciliation related reports via report download, data compilation, and creation of data analytics output, problem-solving as necessary.
Identify opportunities and drive change, in accordance with governance protocols, to enhance the performance and efficiency of existing analytics and dashboards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs involving data collection, transformation, visualization, and testing for the advancement of new datasets and dashboard creation.
Function as subject matter expert in Power BI and Alteryx, leveraging these tools to deliver effective and integrated data solutions.
Facilitate the migration of Alteryx analytics to PowerBI and Power Query, where applicable.
Coordinate onboarding and training of new users into the digital finance toolset.
Understand, perform, test, and document system change management activities and relevant testing in alignment with defined process protocols and retain and gather similar documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley testing support, and for interactions with internal and external auditors.
Create and/or maintain data dictionary of source data used in compilations.
Work with IT team, software vendor partners, user community and consultants in navigating and resolving system upgrades and unexpected system responses.
Drive the creation of communications and user resources as a means of fostering an educated corporate digital finance community.
Serve as system administrator, where applicable, for various digital tools managed in-house by the Digital Finance team for benefit of the finance organizations, administering user security rights and privileges, as well as perform routine monthly and annual software maintenance and patch upgrades.
Participate in the annual inventory physical count process, where appropriate.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful insights

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $81,591-$112,188 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
