    Position summary

    • Drive new product initiatives through collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing.

    • Define business cases and unite teams for cohesive product evolution.

    • Utilize data insights and market analysis to prioritize product initiatives.

    • Prepare executive updates on production metrics, new features, and financial forecasting.

    • Manage stakeholder communication for effective alignment and expectation management.

    • Monitor industry metrics, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.

    • Ensure platform compliance with enterprise standards and strategic alignment.

    • Development of process and user documentation

    • Lead the effort to drive platform adoption and understanding through training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to meet business goals.

    Skills:

    • 5+ years of successful SAP Commerce Cloud product owner experience with proven results.

    • Strong e-commerce expertise, particularly with SAP Commerce Cloud.

    • Proficiency in product management strategy, optimization, and integration.

    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

    • Proactive, adaptable, and experienced in global team dynamics.

    • Passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth.

    Experience:

    • Strong background in e-commerce platforms, site requirements, and analytics.

    • Understanding of Cloud, APIs and DevOps

    • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)

    • Ability to coordinate across teams for agile development and release schedules.

    • Familiarity with software development and web technologies.

    • Adept at backlog management and prioritization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.

    • Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred

    • 7 - 10+ years of digital project implementation experience preferred.

    Travel

    • Minimal travel (less than 10%)
