e a leadership role in the reporting of monthly close and forecasting submissions and ensuring timely, complete and accurate submissions. Provide a detailed analysis of results to senior management
• Pro-actively analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount and expenses, investigate unusual items and prepare monthly performance reports to management. Provide recommendations to management, based on sound financial understanding of each P&L, balance sheet and cash flow effect on business decisions
• Oversee the annual budget submission process, support management team and subsidiary businesses by providing in-depth operating budget analyses
• Provide financial leadership and controllership for existing Endodontics groups and new groups as they are created, partner with the local business leaders to identify key risks and opportunities. Create and maintain a unified reporting structure with key reporting metrics, improve monthly reporting and forecasting and provide summary financial highlights to management
• Assist in the planning and execution of onboarding newly acquired businesses into Henry Schein financial reporting systems as well as tracking acquisition related synergies
• Participate in special projects as needed
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Strong commitment to financial accuracy and data integrity is required
• Must possess an enthusiasm for identifying and implementing process improvements
• BS in Finance or Accounting required and MBA preferred
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred
• Understanding of GAAP
• Expert Knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Excel, required

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience preferred
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $109,807-$192,163, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a [bonus/incentive] not reflected in the posted range.
