Schein enterprise-level margins
Lead Team of Product Managers with overall Infection Control category responsibility for product lifecycles, new product development, establishing product definitions & specifications, and commercial sales & GP forecasts
Develop detailed product roadmaps and new product development project schedules for major sales channels with an emphasis on addressing product category gaps
Collaborate with global business and sales channels leaders to get input and alignment on Infection Control market and customer requirements
Direct and oversee R&D projects and budgets utilizing both internal resources and external suppliers
Establish KOL, customer, and sales channel networks to collect product requirement VOC and product validation feedback
Develop models to position product solutions around customer procedural and process workflows focusing on alternate business models that enhance the customer experience and increase connectivity
Support initiatives to drive vertical integration by advancing internally controlled IP and manufacturing
Collaborate with various functional areas to support the strategic plan and growth objectives (e.g., Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, etc.)
Provide Infection Control category technical leadership companywide
Develop and maintain reporting for sales and GP, strategic initiative KPIs, and new product revenue
Participate in special projects as needed
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
Some knowledge of Medical Device Regulations
Demonstrated success in defining and launching products
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Detail oriented

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands are required.
The posted range for this position is $109,807-$171,574 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
